韩国政府决定扩大房产税减免受惠范围 降低“一户一房”条件门槛

  韩联社6月21日消息,韩国政府21日举行楼市政策相关长官会议,决定降低“一户一房”条件门槛,扩大减税范围。

  具体来看,手持一套房业主以搬家为目的购置第二套房产时,可在满足两年内出售首套房的条件下继续享受“一户一房”的房地产税优惠政策;获得继承的房产基准"Info.3325"/cjsj/newhouse.html" 房价为首都圈6亿韩元(约合人民币311万元)以下或非首都圈3亿韩元以下,以及继承的房产份额不及40%时,不计入房产持有数量,此外的情况仅限5年以内不计入房产数量。

  现行的《综合房地产税法》不利于多套房业主,而政府这次决定向因不得已情况而手持两套房产的业主继续给予仅持一套房所享有的优惠。政府还将加大对首套房购房者购置税减免力度,不管年薪多少,一律减免购置税200万韩元。此外,政府决定重新制定经济危机爆发或房地产价格暴涨时灵活调控市场的措施。
